News for 2010

5/15/10

We produced our third "Best Album of the Year", "The Hired Gun Project" voted "Best Adult Contemporary Band of the Year" by New Music Weekly.

Two songs from that album have charted, "Friend of Mine" and "Southern Comfort”.

Also the fox TV show "Son's Of Tuscon" used a song we produced, "Calm before the Thunder" in Episode 4 which will air on July 11th, 2010.

Also the computer animated film The Dwegons is finished and will be out this fall. We produced all of the music for the computer animated band, "The Cave Crawlers", featured in this film. Check out dwegons.com and enteraktion.com for more information.

We have also opened up an office at sound city center stage in Van Nuys, California to further increase our presence in the film and TV music area.

Last December our Fenton, Michigan studio underwent a major upgrade to produce surround sound Dolby® 5.1 mixes.

Dallas Hallam, an L. A.  Movie producer on location in Detroit will be at the studio. We will be mastering the sound track for his latest film.

Also, Marshall performed with "The Shades Of Blue" , the Old Golden World/Motown group in Cerritos, California on May 14th. They had the Billboard #12 song for the entire year "Oh How Happy" back in 1966. Marshall plays guitar and sings background vocals with them. Nick Marinelli is the original lead singer and is still with the group. Check out at theshadesofblue.net .
